Legacy: Reflections on Mabo The Nautilus Arts Centre is delighted to present Legacy: Reflections on Mabo, the first major art exhibition exploring the Mabo legacy from Indigenous and non-Indigenous perspectives, and the first to incorporate significant curatorial direction by the Mabo family. Vera and Jenna Richards are 2 sisters from Galinyala (Port Lincoln or “place of sweet water”) who have a combined love of art and creativity. The Yagalbili Ngandya Exhibition (meaning “The Beauty of 2 Sisters” in their traditional Barngarla language) is a collection of their artwork that they have created over the years and finally decided to share with the Nautilus and you.
